The old versions of Adobe Acrobat used 40-bit encryption, which made it
possible to guarantee the recovery of a protected document regardless
to password length. PDF Password allows removing 40-bit protection either
by running the exhaustive search over all possible 40-bit keys (trillion
variants) or the quick method that uses special tables (Rainbow Tables).

Different versions of Act! Use different format of documents and different
concepts for implementing password protection. At the same time, all versions
do not provide due protection - in the old versions it was possible to
recover password instantly, in the new ones - the documents store hashes
from the passwords, and there is a chance to replace the password with
